Terms of sale
Our default order processing time is within 24 hours, if you are unsure if your customer will refund, or cancel the order then you can notify me to send the order within 48 hours. If a refund request is made after the agreed processing time, we refuse to refund.
If the customer receives a damaged watch, we will resend it within 24 hours free of charge. If the customer informs us of a damaged watch or a refund within 72 hours, we can only offer a partial refund.
If the order is lost because the customer's address is incorrect or the address does not have a telephone number, we refuse to pay compensation.
We refuse to pay compensation if an order is returned or destroyed because the customer did not inform him when he was travelling abroad.
We refuse to pay compensation if the customer is a fraud or if the parcel is stolen by a relative or friend.
We refuse to pay compensation if the customer has deliberately damaged the watch.
We refuse to pay compensation if the parcel is destroyed due to customs problems.
The parcel shows successful delivery but the customer says he did not receive it and refuses to request supporting documents from the post office. We refuse to pay compensation.
We refuse to pay compensation for goods lost and damaged due to strikes by local government departments and trade unions.
We refuse to pay compensation for lost or damaged parcels caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes and floods.
We refuse to pay for loss of or damage to parcels caused by war between local and armed governments.
We refuse to compensate for parcels that have been refused delivery by the logistics company or directly seized or destroyed by customs due to the customer being a criminal.
